Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Slight variations in texture, engraving, and light diffusion may occur due to the custom 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email ovlight2026@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning
Once approved, we’ll provide everything you need, including shipping instructions and a return label. After we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item(s) and process your refund.
When can I expect my refund?
After you ship your return, you can expect:
- 1-2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse
- 5-7 business days for inspection and processing
Once your return is inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method immediately.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
