We offer free 30-day returns. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your OVLIGHT fixture is the perfect fit for your space.
Full Refund: If you choose to return your item within this window, we will provide a full refund.
Condition: To ensure a smooth return, please keep the product in its original condition. While our Aura Plant Polymers are designed to be shatterproof, we ask that you pack the item securely for its journey back to us.
How to Start a Return

Receive Instructions: Our support team will provide you with step-by-step instructions and the necessary labels for your return.
Send It Back: Once we receive and inspect the item at our facility, we will process your refund immediately.
Defective or Damaged Items
3-Year Warranty Protection: If your light arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops an issue through normal use, you are covered by our 3-year warranty.
Free Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace any defective light free of charge within the warranty period.
Important Note: Please keep your original light until your replacement arrives, as the original unit must be sent back to complete the warranty process.
