Our 3-Year Warranty

We take pride in our digital craftsmanship and the durability of our Aura Plant Polymers. That’s why we offer a 3-year warranty, guaranteeing that your light is free from manufacturing and material defects.

  • Coverage: If you encounter any defects within three years of delivery, we will repair or replace your light free of charge.

  • Effective Date: This 3-year warranty applies to all orders placed on or after November 22, 2021.

  • Start Date: The warranty period begins on your official delivery date.

The OVLIGHT Commitment

For items that fall outside of the 3-year warranty period, we remain committed to your satisfaction. We evaluate each case individually and do our best to find a fair and helpful resolution for our customers.


Important Details

To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations to the product.
Returns for Replacement: If a replacement is issued, please keep your original light until the new one arrives. The original unit must be sent back to complete the warranty process.

Quality Standards: Every OVLIGHT fixture is tip-tested and shatterproof, designed to withstand the rigors of daily use.

Our lights are digitally manufactured and made-to-order. This unique process allows us to minimize waste and focus on quality craftsmanship.

What if my product arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your light meets our high standards for quality and originality.

Are bulbs included with my purchase?

Yes, our designs feature integrated, museum-grade LEDs that are dimmable and built to create a warm, welcoming glow.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns. If you aren't completely satisfied with your light, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

To begin the process, please submit a request through our help portal. We will provide you with the necessary steps to send your item back.

What should I do if my light stops working?
First, check our installation guides to ensure everything is set up correctly. If it still doesn't work, and you are within your 3-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

What happens if I’m outside the 30-day return window?

While the 30-day window is for standard returns, your 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects for much longer. For other concerns outside these periods, we evaluate each case individually to find a fair resolution.
